I don't have any complaints about Award Self Storage. I've only been there three or four times so far, but there aren't any issues on my end. I received excellent customer service from the lady who helped me. She did a good job explaining everything to me and checked off all the boxes. She answered all my questions about the facility and use of Award Self Storage.
