I have been using Award Self Storage for about a month, and I have had a great experience! Their front desk staff was very informative, and they answered any questions I had. They gave me different options, including pricing and insurance, and were great in showing us the facility. I'm renting an indoor unit, which is good. I have easy access to it, and I can go in and out whenever I want during their times of operation. I've had no problems, everyone there has been very helpful.
