They're there when I need them! Pretty good place!
I've never had a problem with Award Self Storage and I've been going there for years. I feel like I can go in there all the time. It's clean and well-lit. I'm never in the dark. It's always locked up. I need to use my passcode to get in. I'll continue to use Award Self Storage.
