It's okay.

I've been using Award Self Storage for about one year. Overall, it's an okay facility and I'll stay with Award Self Storage for now. Eventually, I might start looking for another storage facility because of the roof leaks here.

Hi Vincent. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't 100% satisfied. With over 100,000 square feet of buildings, I can't say there would never be a roof leak. Thanks to our preventive maintenance program, they are very few and far between. And we had our roofer on the job the day after you notified us.
