For over five years I have used Award Self Storage. Their customer service is very good. I had made comparisons to other companies back when I was looking for storage facilities and they offered the best rates. The price was nice and low and I could actually afford it. Also, over the course of five years, they have not raised the price in a crazy way. By that, I mean annually they may increase the rate by a few cents. It is nothing that shocks you. The facility itself is very clean and they keep the grounds very nice. I would recommend Award Self Storage to others. As for me, I plan on continuing to use them for as long as I need to and would not go anywhere else.
