I put down a deposit and reserved a unit at Award Self Storage. When I didn't show up on time for my appointment yesterday, the guy called to check on me. He was really nice to do that on a Sunday night. I had to postpone my first visit because I couldn't lift anything after having abdominal surgery. But I made arrangements with him for a new time. The guy from Award Self Storage was extremely professional and nice. I look forward to using the storage unit soon.
