Award Self Storage has been a phenomenal company to work with! I have been using them since the Twin Towers went down in 2001. I have always been very pleased with every aspect of their service. Their facility is very clean, it is monitored well and I always feel safe there. I have easy access to my unit any time I need to get into it. If I call in for any reason they are quick to return my calls. All of the employees I have met have been very friendly, accommodating and pleasant. So you see, I have been using them for a long time and I feel comfortable with them. That in itself says something!
