This was my first time using Award Self Storage. The service was good at first, but they would raise the rent every six months without any explanation. I called and spoke with the customer service representative and she assured me she would tell the manager to call me back and he never did. I left several messages for him. When I would visit in person the staff was very pleasant and Award Self Storage was a great storage place except for going up on the rent several times. I would use them again in the future if they would agree not to raise the rent frequently.
