I used Award Self Storage for some time. There were absolutely no surprises. They hire very nice people, people who are very respectful. I wasn't really sure how the billing went down, but everything that I needed was handled with courtesy and respect. I would definitely recommend them. The facilities are always clean, even the bathrooms are spotless. I've had not one negative situation there. I would definitely recommend them.
