Paid them about $10,000 in storage costs over 5 years. They wouldn’t prorate even last month on 11th day. New customers were being charged 30% less. Even on day of checkout gave the key as loaders were lifting and advised to give the move out papers or keep it ready as the 3 movers were paid hourly. When the movers come to gate after vacating, even then the papers were not ready and took another 20 minutes to get those ready. Did end up paying them extra 75$ as a result. Hard to believe if they can do this to someone who paid them $10K as rent.
