I used Award Self Storage for about six months. They were pretty pleasant. I didn't really interact a whole lot with anybody from there, but the ones I did talk to were nice and polite. I basically dropped my things off and went and picked them back up when I got moved into my new place. The only thing I was a little bit frustrated about is that I would have gotten a smaller storage unit. I didn't need as much space as they offered. I didn't really know that much about the sized, but I could have gotten a smaller, cheaper one.
