I had an issue with the breakers tripping for the well. I called and set up the appointment to have this issue checked out. Talked to Ashley several times on the phone and was treated with the utmost care and concern for getting a technician out to assess the issue. Was notified that Aiden would be out and what time frame and the date. Aiden arrived and he and I chatted about what issues I was having with the electrical system, and he listened to my thoughts on what the issue might be. Aiden then proceeded to do his evaluation of the system and then went into diagnostic mode. When Aiden told me that he had to shut off the breaker for the well and he explained why, what he had seen, heard and smelled. His explanation was straight forward and easy for me to understand and he explained and answered any and all questions I had. Not only did the problem get diagnosed but it also got fixed. I felt the price I was quoted before the work ever took place was fair and honest, especially in today's economy. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED. I will be contacting McCormick Electrical Services for any further electrical issues, and I am considering at this point other work that I want to have done soon.
