More expensive than I would have thought

As summarized above. Obviously things cost money but when a tech can be in and out of your house in less than 1-1.5 hours then you feel a bit taken by the ultimate price. Work wise and technicican wise I have no complaints. My request was fulfilled, repairs made, and the tech even fixed something that was out of code as part of the repair... but $460 for an hour and a half of work seems egregious. I will acknowledge that I do not know the modern market for this so maybe I am off base, I am not even saying I would not use you in the future, I am simply giving my opinion as a customer. Ultimately as I told the technician, at least I got out for less than what it would have cost for a new oven and the problem was resolved.
