Grossly over charged

I agreed to pay $750 for diagnostic and repair to my generator, your technician did not repair my generator and charged me $750. I think any reasonable person would agree this is way over the top of what one would expect to pay. I did agree to pay a $98. service charge when I made the appointment so that I will pay. Nothing like pouring salt on the wound, not only will I have to spend over 10K for a new generator but got ripped off by a colossal diagnostic charge.

Our visit was to perform a diagnostic evaluation of your generator and determine the cause of the failure. The diagnostic fee covered the time and testing required to accurately assess the condition of the unit. Unfortunately, our findings indicated that the generator had suffered significant internal failures and that replacement was the most practical and cost-effective solution.

We believe in providing honest recommendations, even when the news isn't what a customer hopes to hear.
