Their customer service is great and they are very responsive. However, their service charges seem variable based on the project you ask them to look at. I had a three-way switch that need it to be fixed. They wanted to charge me $700 as a flat rate to look at the problem without knowing what the problem was. Apparently, they went away from charging labor by the hour, which may save customers in certain situations. I couldn’t justify paying $700 for what could potentially be a 20 minute fix. Instead, I was out $100 for them to show up at the door and not tell me anything useful.
