Service tech was very polite. Unfortunately my issue of power constantly flickering and going out between 5–15 seconds is still happening. Had I&M out after service taking place and they disputed McCormick’s diagnosis of it being an outside issue not inside. I am stuck in a loop where no one knows what’s wrong but it’s definitely (both parties) not something they have can fix. So frustrating. Out $400 and nothing to show for it.
