Rates are unrealistic

Without a doubt the worst service ever.

Asked the tech to give me a price to install ac surge protector, that I provided .quoted me 499.00 I asked how much an hour do you guys charge ,he told me they have fixed prices and don’t charge per hour.so I asked how long to installation would take he told me if everything went right about an 1/2 hour,.
That comes out to 1000.00 an hour
What a joke
Don’t ever do business with this company,,not an honest company!!
One star is too high!!
