I felt very comfortable with J.C. When I received the quotes, I could not go through with the services being they seemed so very expensive. ...and the $89 service fee for coming out to look at my jobs, no work done that day. Figured they would at least get started on something...

Sorry our Tech did not offer to start on one of your projects the other day. As a company we instruct our Techs the the most important Client is the Client he is with. We will definitely utilize this as a training reminder for our entire team. In regard to price we are sorry when it comes to pricing we are seeing pricing increases from our suppliers of 50-90% Since January and unfortunately to insure that we will be in business for our Clients in the near future we could no longer absorb these increases and had to increase our prices by 15%. We are again sorry and hopefully after our nice phone visit and this reply you would please continue to trust McCormick Electrical. As a reminder there is no additional service fee for coming back out on any of the quoted projects for the next 30 days.
