Excellent but overpriced services

A - The issues I called about (1- outlet outside had no power, 2- beeping smoke detector) were resolved on the same day I called within a 3 hr. visit.
B- Technician was competent and courteous but did not wear a mask for Covid protection
C- Services were provided that I did not request, e.g. extensive safety checks with a report accompanied by numerous photos
D- In my opinion, the total service was highly overprized but I approved the costs because I needed to get the work done.

Jim, Thanks for writing a review your feedback is important to ME. A - We are glad we could get out to your home in the same-day. That is our company's goal, to which here lately has been a little challenging to do. B - Thank you for the vote of confidence in our Technician! We have talked to our technician and entire team in regard to your mask concern. He did state he has been arriving to the customers door with no mask on so customers can verify his face with the Text & Email confirmation messages you receive to verify the person coming to your home is one of our Technicians (Our Clients Safety and Security our are top priority). He also stated he asked if you wanted him to wear a mask before entering your home he was still outside and while he was still a safe distance away from you. I hope this was just a miscommunication. We have talked about this with our entire Team so to insure a concern like this does not happen again. C- The Safety Check is a complimentary service we do for everyone of our customers, including taking photos of the areas of concern to be able to share with you. Our Technician did originally get your permission and authorization to complete the Safety Check and at any time you could have asked him not to complete the safety check and we would have been more than fine with that. We perform this service to be able to educate our Clients of any Electrical safety concerns in your home. D - We are sorry you felt our Services to be overpriced. This is why before we do any work in a customers home we prepare a quote and ask for your approval before doing any work. Again if you were not happy with any part of our service We wish you would have stopped our Technician and we would have been more than happy to leave verse creating an upset Customer.
