Kevin, We were completely surprised by this 3 Star Review, after your text message you sent us. "Thank Alex. Your the man! I feel like I gained a friend along with my house is ready to go." And the verbal review you gave our CCR following your appointment. You told her... Everything went wonderful, you were fast at getting done, I'll give you a 5 Star review and would give you 10 Stars if I could. We are sorry that somehow 3 days later we have went from 10 Stars to 3 Stars. A few reasons why we were so easily available to serve you the same day you called is fortunately our technician that came to your home was very efficient for his previous client and had additional time in the day to help another customer. Another reason we were so available is that while so many other companies focus on new construction whether it be new homes or commercial projects and service we focus on Residential Service, Repairs and Projects. With that said we make ourselves more available than most other contractors because we focus on answering our phones 24/7 and scheduling our technicians on an efficient schedule to be able to serve our clients the best that we can. In regard to price our Technician did give you and put together price options before he completed any work and you approved an option that best fit you project at that time... Again we are sorry that some how between the time we left your home till 3 days later we went from a 10 Star review to 3 Stars. We hope that in the future you can see and understand the difference between our company and others to give us that opportunity to re-earn those 10 Stars.
