Alex was great; cost of service was prohibitive

Alex was personable and professional. The cost of dropping a second coax was exhorbitant, however. I was stunned when Alex told me that it would cost almost $500 to do the work. I called a second company. Their estimate was $250.

With this cost difference we have to believe Our technician was seeing something that may be a challenge that the other company was not. Typically when we see this type of cost difference truly the project is not being completed "apples to apples".
