Called and had McCormick do some work for us. Considered the cost compared to time spent on job was not justified. Initial review was not favorable. Was contacted by McCormick and a very reasonable and mutually acceptable resolution was agreed upon. McCormick's willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue was much appreciated and reflected well on their concern for their customer relations.
