Well first is that after booking an appointment I finally got together with them about 2 wks. After they looked over what I needed done and all was discussed we decided on just how to do the project. However that was when I got the surprise that I was to be charged for the meeting...this had never been discussed or even hinted at when I set this up with home advisor and then with the company it's self. The charge was..74.75 I realized I should have refused but I paid it and he said that if I went with another plan I wouldn't have any refund for the amount....I don't like surprises when they cost me money...then I was told I would get a complete amount of the cost for the project....that was two weeks ago and I've not heard from them since.....I don't do business with that kind of company....won't hire them

Mr. Kirk, I am sorry to hear, yes we failed you. I've already talked to the Tech who was out to your home and unfortunately he hadn't turned your quote into the office to be typed. He is sending it in to us within the hour so we can do so. We also reviewed the audio of your phone call with our office to schedule an appointment and you were advised as well as you verbally agreed to the Service Call Fee to come to your home to give you a quote. In regard to booking yes we have been very busy and at that time you were understanding to having to wait for us to come to your home to give you a quote for planning your project. We try very hard to make good on all of our promises to our clients and again We apologize for our failure to you in getting our quote to you in a timely manner. I will be calling you shortly to see if it will make any difference in your feelings of your experience with us if I promise to get you a quote today. If I cannot get hold of you please call 574-656-8328 and ask for Tom McCormick I will be more than happy to talk with you. Sorry again for our failure to follow thru.
