After spending a night without heat I knew that I couldn’t spend a second night without heat. On Sunday morning I called for service. The electrician returned my call within five minutes and arrived at my door within the hour. He was professional and courteous and he had the problem repaired in a very short time. The inspection revealed problems that I was unaware existed and he made sure that I had a complete understanding of the situation.
