The WORST consumer experience of my lifetime. I made the wrong choice in furnishing my new home with Gallery Furniture.Initially, my first delivery on 10/31 was missing two purchased products (mattress and bed frame) that ultimately we had to go and pick up ourselves if we wanted a place to sleep that night. We had been promised a delivery date of 4-6 weeks for a sectional couch, and after multiple calls to get an updated timeframe in the 4-6 week point, I finally received a call back a week later saying that they were unaware of where my product was, and that they do not have any information in regards to when it will be available. After voicing my displeasure with the service being provided, I was told by another person that the sofa will be delivered in 3 more weeks. As outraged as that made me, they changed their story immediately, saying that it was actually in transit as we speak, but they just don't know exactly where it is. What kind of business operates this way?? In addition, they were unwilling to compensate me in any way or allow me to cancel the purchase of the sofa.
