Buyer beware
I saw a sofa in the showroom that I really liked. I noticed a defect on the arm, a 2 inch discoloration of the leather and figured it was on the floor model and won't be on the one that I buy. I took a picture of the sofa (to remember what I bought) and a picture of the defect. The sofa they delivered to my house had the exact same mark. We were thinking this must be the showroom piece but couldn't believe that would happen so to satisfy our curiosity we went back to the store to make sure the sofa was still there. Well it was not there and the salesperson said they move furniture to their warehouse to change the look of the store so customers won't be bored. I wasn't buying this nonsense and said to show me a record of where that sofa went. They called in a manager and after making a few phonecalls, she 'found out' we did indeed receive the showroom piece. So I am saying buyer beware, check out the showroom piece and make a note of any markings with pictures so you'll know if you were duped too. Or better yet, don 't buy from them and avoid this fiasco. It's a shame brcause the furnitre they sell is really nice and appears to be good quality. Caveat emptor!!
