Purchase from & installation by One Hr Plumbing of a natural gas water heater. There are many new Fed & State regulations regarding the installation, piping, venting, you name it......I found the cost of the whole thing shockingly over the top. We did not get any other bids, so I have no clue if they were reasonable or not, which is our fault. We did feel pressured to make our decision immediately. However, we have our furnace/heat pump/air conditioner with One Hr Heating and our service has been impeccable, so that is why we went ahead with the hot water heater; depending on the future that if we should need service, the plumbing side will be just as good.
