The service guys were great. Very nice and cleaned up after the install.
NOW....the part that i was not happy with was your contracted electrical company. Apollo Electric was contacted to come because my old furnace was now wired to the box on a dedicated curcuit. The TWO guys came to do a under 30 minute job. When I got the bill I was charged for TWO men.....clearly this job should and could have been done my one! I was charged a one hour rate for two men. I called Apollo and was told that there hourly rate is $75.00 per hour.....I was charged $140.00. Clearly, this company is out to over charge customers....I would never have them do work for me or any family/friends.
