I'm very satisfied with One Hour Heating and Air & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Grand Forks. I like them because they call you before they come and they come be here when they say they will come. I call the same man, his name is Scott and he knows what he is doing. He goes right ahead with the work and when he is done, on his way he goes. I appreciate him being personable as well as being professional. Very satisfied.
