Your business model of calling one central number for all location DOES NOT WORK. I had to wait 25 minutes for the call to be answered to cancel an appointment for the following day. Then I think I left my favorite sunglasses on the chair…..I’d have to wait again only to leave a message….I still won’t know if they are there. HIRE RECEPTIONISTS TO TAKE MESSAGES FOR EACH LOCATION AND THEN LEAVE 30 minutes at the end of their shift for fitters to return calls.
