- The fitting was great. Robert Holloway really knew his stuff and was interested in finding the right clubs for me not just the most expensive clubs he had to offer. I had a great time
- Your services after the fitting suck. I can't emphasize that enough. My clubs sat in the store for 9 days and no one contacted me to tell me they were ready for me to come pick up. I had to call customer service and leave a message. They called me back a day later and said "oh yea, sorry, they're ready. Go get them"
- True customer services post fitting is non existent. You don't have customer service. You have a voicemail box that you have to wait on hold to leave a message for a callback at an unknown date. The same mailbox you have to call to schedule other fittings, Trackman practice time, free grip installation or loft and lie adjustments as a "Rewards Member". It's the worst service I've ever experienced connected to a "custom" experience. People literally walk in and drop thousands of dollars on clubs and are then given zero resources once they've ordered and paid.
- There's a certain level of service that is expected when you go out and spend the time to get fit and buy something custom made just for you. Club Champion doesn't even come close.
I also left a message on the website "contact us" link. Still haven't heard back. I'll never come back to this place or recommend it to anyone.
