Great customer service!
I hired Simmons to remove the flooring that flippers installed improperly in the house I purchased. We then found a moisture resistant alternative to replace it with. I worked with James (project manager) and Bruno led the demo and install. I can't say enough about the customer service these guys provided. We encountered some delays and they always insisted on doing the right thing for the longevity of the product and satisfaction of the customer.
