My service was poor
My initial "estimate" was roughly $1,200 with a time table of one week. I delivered the car on a Monday and was told it would be ready by the following Saturday.
On Tuesday, I was informed the "estimate" was not accurate and the revised bill would be roughly $2,400. Later that day, I began to get email updates on the status of body work. The status updates were delivered daily on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. For some reason, Thursday was the last day I received an update....interesting.
On Friday afternoon, I called to check in on the status of the vehicle and was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday. This was upsetting as I had a rental car for the week. It was also frustrating because no one called to communicate the delay.
On Monday, I had to call to check the status and AGAIN was told the car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday.
Where did my daily status emails disappear to?
Where was my client service agent to provide my daily updates?
