This place is top notch! My car was struck by a truck. I immediately had it towed to WFAB. The staff in the front office are so extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their equipment is top of the line having photo updates and text alerts to let you know each and every stage of the repairs being done to your car. They take care of everything such as insurance adjusters and getting a rental car. I would not go to any other auto body repair shop in Woburn,. Their excellent service, staff, and management really see it through from start to finish! I should add it was extremely nice to have the inside of my car cleaned so well upon pick up!!
