We had 2 visits from Honey's this week. The first was from Chris, who performed the semi-annual service to our furnace and provided an estimate for a new water heater. The service was performed professionally. Then he discussed our HVAC system and told us all was in working order. He then proceeded to give us an estimate for replacing our hot water heater. Note: we instituted this contact. He explained all of our available options. We chose to go with a tank heater. He quoted a price and that was what we paid in the end. No ad-ons or other things. Two days later Javier arrived to do the install. Once again everything was done in a professional manner. The job was done as expected and the area was left cleaner that when he first arrived. He took the time to explain how the system worked and what to do in an emergency. We have used Honey's in the past and received the same excellent service we have come to expect from this company. We highly recommend this company and they will be our first call for any future needs.
