I have been using THOMPSON'S COMFORT CONNECTION for at least a few years now. They have done repair work on my air conditioning, furnace, and plumbing. I didn't really care for the plumbing guy. He was lousy, but everyone and everything else has been great. They have a great response time, and they have just done a wonderful job. On the most recent job they did for us, they had an immediate response time. Overnight, we heard a loud pop, and the air conditioning just went off. We called the next day, and they came right out that morning. This was very important because I have an 80-year-old father that lives with us, and it is just too hot for him to be without air conditioning. They came out and replaced the capacitor, and had it up and running in no time. I have used other companies in the past, but I have never been more satisfied with anyone else than I am with THOMPSON'S COMFORT CONNECTION. Their efficiency, courtesy, respect, and product is just the best there is. I would easily give them five stars plus two on service and my likelihood to recommend and five stars plus five on my total experience with them. Let me just put it like this - if you don't call THOMPSON'S COMFORT CONNECTION, it's your Hoover Dam fault!
