I have used THOMPSON'S COMFORT CONNECTION in the past. Two years ago I had purchased a new hot water heater from them and it started leaking. I called them out to fix the leak and they decided that they didn't think it was the heater itself put the piping that was leaking. They tightened the piping and forgot to turn the hot water heater back on and I discovered that when I went to take a shower later that night. Well the good thing is that the leak wasn't fixed so the heater being turned off worked out. They did have to order a new hot water heater and install it. They could not find the same heater to replace it with so I had to upgrade to a different one and pay the difference plus labor. This whole process took about three days. This has been the first time that any repairs or services through them took this long. I don't think they intentionally took this long, I think they were trying to eliminate the obvious problems first.
I think they did the best they could under the circumstances.
