Four different times we've worked with Thompson's Comfort Connection, and the first time was fantastic. They took care of the problem, replacing the furnace, and were great to work with on diagnosing, fixing and getting the work done in a timely and efficient manner. We were big fans of theirs after that--and have called them to service a different house three times since. Two times were both good, but there was one time when we didn't get things done on time and had to follow up with them and start from scratch. That was just one time when it wasn't perfect and led to us having to do some stuff, but I won't be too critical because they've been very good to work with.

On the last problem they were really quick because we needed work on the furnace that went out, so they came out to suss out the problem and were able to help right away and get the work done as quickly as they could. The furnace is good, and we will continue to call and use Thompson's.
