One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating replaced my heating and air conditioning unit in 2017. Also, years before, they had changed ownership a couple of times. I was not notified that ownership had changed and had to call them to schedule the annual maintenance for my HVAC system. I have a contract for this service every year. Once that was taken care of, the HVAC technicians were able to get out to me and get the service completed. Everything is working as it should, and I am happy that the issue regarding the maintenance was resolved in a timely manner.
