I had One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating install an air conditioning unit in my house. However, during a home inspection, we found that the system was leaking antifreeze. So I called them since this was within the two-year warranty for labor. They ran a test and said there was no actual leak, but then proceeded to tell me that, since their parent company had changed, they were no longer going to honor the warranty on my system. Turns out, there was a major leak in my system, and I had to use a different company to get this fixed. They were completely useless and I wouldn't let them go anywhere near my home again.
