Came to do a service on my water heater this was done very quickly, the Tecs were very polite and efficient. The Tec pointed out to me that I had a faulty valve I was aware of this by the build up of ceap on it..
I asked for a price to replace it. The Tec gave me a price of $505. Without consulting any price list, which I thought at the time was strange. The Tec gave me 15% VETS discount. The work was completed in 20 mins and a good job done. Final cost with taxes $464..I called a couple of other plumbers and found I could have paid less for work done.
I have a contract to service water heater, but if I need any work doing I WILL use another company. I stress work done was excellent but where price is concerned I think a figure is just plucked out of air.
