The only positive is that they got here quickly
After 3 trips to my roof and 2 different techs they still didn’t know the problem. Instead they went into sales mode and pitched a $12,000 new unit! I called Stimmler & Son for another opinion. They fixed the unit in 40 min and charged me $151.
