We must tell you that we did not know Brewer's had sold to Pitzers, so it would have been helpful to advise the customer base of this. I could never understand the Pitzers, only the OneHour when a call was received. The set up time for appointment call came from Kingman and since we know no one there, we thought it was a Robo. Finally decided to answer and it was OneHour. Also, would like to use the gift cards we have from OneHour and am asking for a credit to our card for the $400 purchase. Please advise.
