I had a broken thermostat wire. Since I have a warranty with this company I called them, but wiring is not covered. They charged me $231 to tell me the wiring needed to be fixed, but it would be extremely difficult because I have no attic. He attached a different wire and said that would work for awhile. He would call me with a price quote on the "difficult" wiring. Three days later, it stopped working. He came out again, and attached a wire to the outside unit, running it through my backyard, into the breezeway, through the backdoor, into the hall closet. I couldn't lock my back door. He once again said that he would call with a price quote. The next day I called another company. They came out that day, went on my roof to find the broken wire, replaced it for $200. A week later, One Hour finally called to give me a quote to tear up my ceiling and replace the wire (which is sitting on top of my roof) NO THANKS!!!!! I can't believe I have to deal with this company for another year until my 10 year warranty runs out!!!!!
