We called in One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating on a weekend when our air conditioner wasn't working. They promised to be there on Sunday but they didn't actually come until Monday. We had to call multiple times and couldn't get hold of them. They kept saying we were on the wait list, but then we wouldn't hear back. They also overcharged us, so we had to pay more than they had initially promised. In the end they didn't carry out the repair, we sort of did it ourselves. Their employees did do a diagnostic and recommendation of the situation though.
