We have a service plan for now with Connors, but I don't know how much longer we will. The 15% discount we got when we signed up, has now changed to 10%. Even with that discount they are higher priced than other local plumbers.
Up to this point I didn't have a problem. But I'm not paying 20% more to have them do the work.
Thinking I was going to get a good deal on a new furnace and air conditioner being I have a service contract with them, they came out $2100 higher than another local Lennox dealer on the same exact unit.
Just not a lot of loyalty to their good customers.
