I have Chem-Dry of Napa Valley come out 2x per year and Chouan has been coming for 7 years now.

He usually does my 3 bedrooms and a couple throw rugs I have around the house.

If something's wrong he'll come back and fix it. He also works around our schedule. He's reliable and accommodating.

I never had the curiosity to check out other services, because I've always been so satisfied with his work and him personally.
