I wish the others would be more customer service-oriented like BMC Mortgage & Investments, because they sit down and discuss the issues with you as a team and find solutions. They are respectable to you as person all around, especially with delicate problems. They are very sensitive and work with you without insulting you, and that's the difference between them and their competitors.

We had a sticky situation and we needed to have an equity loan. The others were refusing and wouldn't even talk Canada Revenue Agency, but we sat down with BMC to find solutions. The resolution was excellent. It does take time and you can't speed up those things, but it has been excellent so far. I have no problems with them whatsoever and there are no problems referring them to other people, because I know they will be well taken care of.
