Perfect Home tech's are awesome. They are professional, polite and competent. Their pricing for services is a bit high, but the argument can be made that it is worth it. The sales area is the Achilles Heel. Their pricing is not the highest, but toward the top. You have to pay close attention to details, be educated in the product and install requirements and get every detail and promise in writing when purchasing new products. I would prefer to purchase elsewhere, but have them service.
