The customer service is usually good, but my experience this time was less so. I called on a Thursday morning, but a serviceman didn't come to my house until Friday afternoon. Then he ordered a part for Monday, but didn't call me that day to update me on the time he would be coming. He still hasn't come on Tuesday and I called the company for an update. They told me they would call the servicemen to inquire with him, but I never heard back from either. Now, I can only hope they will be here Wednesday.
